Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Abhyas365 ("we", "us"). By signing in, creating an account, or taking a mock test through our platform you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
The service
Abhyas365 provides an online mock testing platform that allows users to prepare for various competitive examinations (such as SSC CGL and IBPS SO IT). We provide question banks, timed test environments, and analytical results to help you gauge your performance. The list of supported exams and pricing on our platform may change without notice as we add or remove features.
Accounts & Security
- You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including any test attempts or purchases made.
- Keep your login credentials secret. We support secure authentication methods to protect your account.
- One person per account. Sharing accounts to circumvent payment or share test access is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Abhyas365 to:
- Scrape, extract, or copy our question bank or intellectual property.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our testing engine or servers.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or browser extensions to complete tests or manipulate results.
- Resell or redistribute access to our mock tests without explicit authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect any of the above behaviors.
Payments & billing
Certain mock tests or premium features require payment. All transactions are securely processed through our payment partners. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Due to the digital nature of our mock tests, we generally do not offer refunds once a test has been attempted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific conditions where refunds may apply (e.g., duplicate transactions).
Intellectual property
All content on the platform-including questions, options, detailed solutions, explanations, and site design-is the exclusive intellectual property of Abhyas365 or our licensors. Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to view this content solely for your personal exam preparation. You may not reproduce, screenshot, or distribute this material in any form.
Warranties & disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that our mock tests are completely error-free or perfectly simulate the exact difficulty of the actual examination. Furthermore, we make no guarantees regarding your actual exam outcomes or score improvements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abhyas365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
